The New
York State Probation Officers Association,
Inc. will be holding its 15th Annual
Conference at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in
Albany, NY from August 13th to
15th, 2008.
The conference will draw participants who
are working with both adults and
juveniles in community corrections. The
attendees will include line officers,
supervisors, administrators, service
oriented agencies, and state officials.
NYSPOA recognizes the important benefit that
specialized services and
innovative equipment provide to the safe and
cost effective management of our agencies.
The interactive participation of attendees
in the exhibit area at our
event will be a significant factor in the
educational goals for the conference.
Please join us in Albany for what will
surely be a worthwhile conference. Our
last conference drew approximately 250
participants from all levels of the
community corrections field along with over
20 exhibitors. We are planning
various activities in the exhibit hall to
showcase your products and services.
The fee for this event is $450.00. This fee
includes a skirted table, chairs, an
outlet, break service, lunches, and any
evening events planned. For an additional
fee of $200.00 we will place an
advertisement in each attendee’s folder and
will establish a link with our website for
one year. You need only to provide the
information, and we will do the rest.
For those vendors who would like to
participate but are unable to attend the
event, we will accept a sponsorship for
break services or other conference costs.
These prices can be negotiated. The sponsor
will be appropriately recognized
and we would be happy to display literature
in our exhibit area.
