Conference, we will accept a sponsorship for break services or other conference costs. The cost for fully funding a break service is $1700. Other sponsorships are broken down into the following categories:

• Platinum Sponsor ($200)
  We will list you as a sponsor, place your brochure in each attendee’s folder and establish a link on our website.
   

• Gold Sponsor ($150)
  You will be listed as a sponsor and we will place your brochure in each attendee’s folder.
   

• Silver Sponsor ($100)
  You will be listed as a sponsor of the conference.
