Conference Workshop Proposals

We are currently seeking presenters for the 2027 conference to be held May 19-21, 2027, at the Harbor Inn Hotel in Clayton, NY.

We are pleased that you are considering submitting a workshop proposal.

The Association will provide a one-room, one-night hotel stay, per presentation day, for a presenter traveling over 100 miles one way to present at the Conference. Free registration, along with any attendant activities, is provided for up to two instructors for the day of their presentation.

Please Note: If the workshop submitted has multiple presenters, only one room/one night will be provided by NYSPOA – it will be up to the presenters to decide as to who will be assigned this compensation.
